I had this also- press unlock on your remote for 2 secs I.e not long enough to open the windows. This should reset the function. Then press and hold lock as usual to fold the mirrors. I think also the switch may need to be in the L position for them to do that, does effect some models.I recently changed the battery in my key fob ( I got a guy in an auto parts shop to do it for me) Now the car locks fine, but will only pop the boot open, no doors are opened by the remote central locking.
